All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, product launches, or limited drops, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Promotional free shipping offers may be available during select periods.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

SUKU ships worldwide to select countries.

Estimated international delivery times:

  • 7–21 business days depending on destination

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their local government.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SUKU is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If additional assistance is needed, contact our support team.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Pre-Orders
