SUKU Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

At SUKU, we take pride in delivering high-quality streetwear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Item must be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items returned without meeting these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition drops marked as non-refundable

  • Customized or personalized products

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for a different size of the same item, subject to availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SUKU is not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
